Gráinne Suter MA BSc (Hons)- Gráinne is an experienced trainer, facilitator and coach. She brings to her training significant practical experience of management within the NHS. She built up an extensive knowledge of equalities and diversity work during her career across the private, public and voluntary sectors.

As a Founder Director of midas training solutions, Gráinne developed and presented training material for the highly successful midas management development programmes and specialises in personal communication skills training. She now carries on this role at jml Training and Consultancy

She has a particular interest in leadership and organisational development and provides coaching to executive directors and senior management teams.

Gráinne has considerable experience of training on capacity building projects overseas including the South of France. She is a registered consultant for the British Council

is an Associate of Scollar Associates

and has trained on behalf of the -

-Westminster Foundation for Democracy

-Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE)

-United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)

Gráinne worked as an Associate Lecturer with The Open University

She is a member of The British Psychological Society (BPS)
